Repair Warranty Coverage
NovaTech Services provides a 90-day limited warranty on all repair services performed by our technicians. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts installed by NovaTech Services for the specific repair performed.
If the same issue recurs within the warranty period due to our workmanship or a defective part we installed, we will repair it at no additional charge. The warranty period begins on the date the repaired device is returned to you.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover: physical damage caused after the repair (drops, liquid damage, etc.); damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications; normal wear and tear; issues unrelated to the original repair; devices with evidence of tampering after our repair.
Software issues, viruses, and data loss are not covered under this warranty. The warranty is void if the device has been opened or tampered with by anyone other than NovaTech Services after our repair.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, contact us at [email protected] with your original ticket number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the device for warranty service.
Return shipping for warranty claims is the responsibility of the customer. If the claim is validated, we will cover the cost of return shipping back to you.
Parts Warranty
Parts installed by NovaTech Services carry a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers the part itself but does not cover labor costs for reinstallation if the part fails after the initial 90-day repair warranty period.
Limitation of Warranty
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by NovaTech Services. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of the original repair. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from a warranty claim.
