By accessing and using the services provided by NovaTech Services LLC ('NovaTech', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Description
NovaTech Services provides technology repair, IT support, networking, and related services. All repair services are performed on a mail-in or ship-in basis. We do not offer walk-in service at this time.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services independently. Minors may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All prices are in US dollars.
Estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Final pricing may differ from estimates if additional issues are discovered during diagnosis. We will contact you for approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate.
Limitation of Liability
NovaTech Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
